The doors of a very peculiar boarding school are open for every young woman with specific characteristics. Under Madame Darwina's wing, they are protected from the outside world, as much as the outside world is protected from them.

All the girls share one thing : their strange legacy.

Each girl is the descendant of a Beast, and has been persecuted for it.

 

In order to take a fresh start and leave the outside world behind them, the girls have created a tradition. When a new resident arrives, she has to tell her story, why she was bullied and how she came to join their merry band of freaks.

Around the fireplace with a nice hot cup of tea, Madame Darwina and residents listen to the newcomer's story. Descendants of a werewolf, a mermaid, a harpy, a demi-goddess of fertility... but above all women, persecuted for their very nature.
