After a fire occuring during her recital, HELEN (17) wakes up unable to feel or move her body. A dire situation her father MICHAEL (45) desperately tries to fix. While she's recovering, she becomes fast friends with EVE (17), who was left amnesiac after being hit during the fire.

As days go by, Helen starts to resent the growing relationship between Eve and Michael, and begins to question the girl's true identity as well as her father's strange behavior.
